Music composer AR Rahman has one more stunning feather included in his cap, with Japan’s Fukuoka prize, 2016. The Oscar-winning artist was conferred with the prominent award on Monday for his impressive payment in the direction of creating, preserving and showcasing South Eastern typical combination music.
The Fukuoka Reward is an award set up by the city of Fukuoka, and also the Yokatopia Foundation, to honour the outstanding job of people or organizations in maintaining or developing Asian culture. There are three prize groups: Grand Reward, Scholastic Reward, and Arts and also Society Reward.
