The ceremony was a star-studded event, with the who's who of the entertainment industry gracing the red carpet in their dazzling attire. The grand hall was abuzz with excitement and anticipation as the ceremony was about to begin, with nominees and attendees alike looking forward to the night's proceedings. Golden Globe Awards 2023 ceremony was set to honor the best in film and television, and it promised to be a night to remember.

The nominees for the Best Film – Drama category were "Avatar: The Way of Water," "Elvis," "The Fabelmans," "Tár," and "Top Gun: Maverick." After much deliberation, it was "The Fabelmans" that took home the coveted award. Directed by Steven Spielberg and written by Tony Kushner, the film tells the story of a Jewish family in Nazi-occupied Poland, and their fight for survival.

In the Best Film – Musical or Comedy category, the nominees were "Babylon," "The Banshees of Inisherin," "Everything Everywhere All at Once," "Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery," and "Triangle of Sadness." "The Banshees of Inisherin" emerged as the winner. Written and directed by Martin McDonagh, the film is a dark comedy set in a small Irish village, where the eccentric inhabitants must confront their pasts and their secrets.

The nominees for the Best TV Series – Drama category were "Better Call Saul," "The Crown," "House of the Dragon," "Ozark," and "Severance." The award went to "House of the Dragon," the fantasy epic, set in the world of George R.R. Martin's "A Song of Ice and Fire," tells the story of the Targaryen family and their struggle for the Iron Throne.

For the Best TV Series – Musical or Comedy category, the nominees were "Abbott Elementary," "The Bear," "Hacks," "Only Murders in the Building," and "Wednesday." "Abbott Elementary" was the winner. The series is set in a New York City public school and follows the lives of the teachers, students and staff.

As the night progressed, the Golden Globe Awards 2023 ceremony reached the category of Best Original Song. The nominees were "Carolina" by Taylor Swift from "Where the Crawdads Sing", "Ciao Papa" by Guillermo del Toro & Roeban Katz from "Guillermo del Toro’s Pinocchio", "Hold My Hand" by Lady Gaga and Bloodpop from "Top Gun: Maverick", "Lift Me Up" by Tems, Ludwig Göransson, Rihanna and Ryan Coogler from "Black Panther: Wakanda Forever" and "Naatu Naatu" by Kala Bhairava, M. M. Keeravani, Rahul Sipligunj from "RRR". The winner of the award was "Naatu Naatu" by Kala Bhairava, M. M. Keeravani, and Rahul Sipligunj for their powerful and emotional song in "RRR".

In the Best Limited Series, Anthology Series or TV Movie category, the nominees were "Black Bird," "Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story," "Pam and Tommy," "The Dropout," and "The White Lotus: Sicily." The award went to "The White Lotus: Sicily", a true crime drama tells the story of the notorious Sicilian Mafia and the determined prosecutor who brought them to justice.

The nominees for the Best Actor in a TV Series Golden Globe Awards 2023 – Drama category were Jeff Bridges for "The Old Man", Kevin Costner for "Yellowstone", Diego Luna for "Andor", Bob Odenkirk for "Better Call Saul", and Adam Scott for "Severance" . The award went to Kevin Costner for his role as John Dutton, patriarch of the Dutton ranch in "Yellowstone"

"Alexandre Desplat, Guillermo del Toro’s Pinocchio," "Hildur Guðnadóttir, Women Talking," "Justin Hurwitz, Babylon," "John Williams, The Fabelmans," and "Carter Burwell, The Banshees of Inisherin." Justin Hurwitz took home the award for his work on "Babylon."

In the Best Non-English Language Film category of the Golden Globe Awards 2023  the nominees were "RRR (India)," "All Quiet on the Western Front (Germany)," "Argentina, 1985 (Argentina)," "Close (Belgium)," and "Decision to Leave (South Korea)." "Argentina, 1985" directed by Albertina Carri emerged victorious.

The nominees for Best Actress – Drama were Cate Blanchett for "Tár", Olivia Colman for "Empire of Light", Viola Davis for "The Woman King", Ana de Armas for "Blonde", and Michelle Williams for "The Fabelmans". Cate Blanchett took home the award for her powerful performance in "Tár."

In the Best Supporting Actress in a TV Series category, Elizabeth Debicki for "The Crown", Hannah Einbinder for "Hacks", Julia Garner for "Ozark", Janelle James for "Abbott Elementary", and Sheryl Lee Ralph for "Abbott Elementary" were the nominees. Julia Garner won the award for her role as Ruth Langmore in "Ozark".

And finally, the nominees for Best Supporting Actor in a TV Series were John Lithgow for "The Old Man", Jonathan Pryce for "The Crown", John Turturro for "Severance", Tyler James Williams for "Abbott Elementary", and Henry Winkler for "Barry". Tyler James Williams took home the award for his portrayal of Chris Rock in "Abbott Elementary".

Angela Bassett took home the award for her powerful portrayal of Ramonda in "Black Panther: Wakanda Forever".

In the Best Supporting Actor category, the nominees were Brendan Gleeson for "The Banshees of Inisherin", Ke Huy Quan for "Everything Everywhere All at Once", Barry Keoghan for "The Banshees of Inisherin", Brad Pitt for "Babylon", and Eddie Redmayne for "The Good Nurse". Ke Huy Quan emerged victorious for his role in "Everything Everywhere All at Once".

The nominees for Best Screenplay were Todd Field for "Tár", Tony Kushner & Steven Spielberg for "The Fabelmans", Daniel Kwan, Daniel Scheinert for "Everything Everywhere All at Once", Martin McDonagh for "The Banshees of Inisherin", and Sarah Polley for "Women Talking". Martin McDonagh took home the award for his screenplay in "The Banshees of Inisherin"
