The Sims 4 is set to release its latest major expansion, Growing Together, on Thursday, March 16th at 10AM PT / 1PM ET / 6PM UTC, as announced by EA in a recent news post. The DLC will be available for both consoles and PC on the release date.

Fans can pre-order the Growing Together expansion pack for $39.99 on consoles, while the PC version's pre-purchase option is not yet active on Steam. EA Play subscribers can get a 10% discount when purchasing the new expansion. Additionally, players who buy the expansion before April 27th will receive the Outdoor Playtime digital content for free, which includes several backyard playground items for children.
The upcoming expansion focuses on family dynamics and the challenges that growing children face before they become independent. Players will meet the Michaelsons family in Growing Together, where the grandparents of Orion visit and the parents face tough dilemmas.
The expansion adds new family dynamics and players will have to make tough decisions that can affect their character's relationship with their partner or parents. Furthermore, the free infant update will introduce a new life stage to the game, allowing players to raise a baby from the very beginning with new skins, appearances, activities, and mechanics. The addition of a new coastal region, San Sequoia, will be the main setting for Growing Together's story. This region has a wide variety of outdoor spaces and a beautiful ocean bay.
The Sims 4 is available for free on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC, and offers players an engaging life simulation experience.
